You can click on the “Lost Your Password” link if you want to reset your password. After you login, you will be taken directly to Module 1.1 of the course. You can also access the other modules you have completed by clicking on the modules listed on the menu or by clicking on Course Content under My Account at the top menu.

You cannot download any of the training videos, but you can download the tool box that you receive once you complete each level of the course.
